Mentoring involves conversations of the heart to explore your life, values and intentions and to facilitate deepening your relationship to yourself. Life can be seen as a spiritual journey and we can explore what supports you and nourishes you and what practices touch your heart.
Counselling is helpful in opening you to insights and new perspectives, easing suffering through mindfulness practices and getting in touch with your authentic self and True Nature ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) is a mindfulness cognitive behavioural therapy that allows you to accept your internal experiences mindfully and compassionately. At the same time, you gain the clarity needed to know and act on your deepest values. |
