Mindfulness is being present to whatever is arising. It is a non-judgemental, compassionate awareness of moment to moment experiences. Through mindfulness we can accept and allow our thoughts and feelings to arise and then pass. Mindfulness can help us connect back to our bodies.  MIndfulness can also connect us to an inner calm of awareness.
